Medical Student Improves Test Anxiety Using Hypnosis
A Dallas medical student was experiencing high levels of test anxiety. On her first visit she reported the level of anxiety to be a 7 or 8, after the second visit she reported it to be a 2 or 3.
It was important to note that in addition, after lessening the anxiety, she was able to stop her habit of over eating.
The client was given a tool called an anchor to help continue to teach her body and brain the proper response during a test. The objective was to be clear minded and to have easy recall and also to have her body to be relaxed and comfortable.
